A: There is no set answer to this question due to the fact each business model is different. Each of our clients have different business goals they want to achieve When we at Flashecom custom design your site it is done on a personal level. Your consultant will start by asking you three basic questions

1. What is it that you do?
2. Who is your target customer?
3. What makes you better than your competitor? 

These three questions will help the designer create a custom look targeted to your customers demographics. The over all goal is to create a site that is memorable, easy to navigate, and creates consumer confidence and trust. 


Q: I am busy and don’t have a lot of time to fuss with the design. Exactly what do you need from me?
A: The procedure is as follows. After the first consultation with your consultant the design team will get to work for you. You will receive an image of the concept the design team has created for you. At that point you will need to e-mail back any changes you wish to have done. We will then make your requested changes and wait for your approval. When you e-mail back your approval, we will cut, code, and post your design into the Flashecom E-Commerce Solution.


Q: What is the design turnaround time?
A: The design turn around time varies with the package you choose, and your response time back to the consultant. The average time from initial consultation to posting is 7-14 days.


Q: What other design services do you offer?

Q: I can’t afford a full time designer in house, but want fresh content monthly. Can you help me maintain my site monthly?
A: We have a very popular monthly maintenance package that gives you the ability to have a site that will compete with the major e-tailors at a fraction of the cost. With our monthly program you will have fresh content that will keep your customer coming back time and time again.

Q: What kind Of Things Can I ask for in the monthly maintenance program?
A: Common requests of current program users include updating featured products, creating promotional graphics such as banners and buttons, monthly themes, creating custom graphics to pages you have added threw our award winning custom page creator, e-mail campaign designs to help highlight new products or aspects of your business, and many other similar request. Each month your design consultant will contact you to request your updates. To best take advantage of this program we suggest that you get a dry erase board in your business and write down your request as they come up. We will review your requests and determine if they can be completed as part of your contract.

Q: What is the cost of the program?
A: The cost of the program is $350 per month. This fee covers the designer’s time, once per month. Your request will be due on the 15th of every month and the design request will be posted on the 1st of the following month. A minimum of 6 months must be agreed to for monthly maintenance packages. We also have a seasonal design package which is $400 per front index page redesign. Great for businesses that are working with limited funds and want a holiday design. Q: Will a custom design increase my sales?
A: A good custom design can help convert browsers into buyers. Put yourself in the customers’ shoes. If you go to a site that is just products with no information, graphics, or even is some cases, no phone number. (Which by the way… is the number one on line consumer complaint) Would you feel confident entering your credit card number to buy their products or services? I don’t think so…You are going to most likely search for a site that looks like it is established, professional, and grabs your attention.
