Your staff will be able to add items with no programming experience! Our award winning management gives you the ability to set up your products with multiple base pricing for your clients based on purchasing volume, history, or whatever internal discount criteria your company uses. Once the master site is set up with the products, images, descriptions and inventory it will be pushed down through your site into the child sites. These child sites will be fully integrated to your master site. These sites will be custom designed to give your reseller a site that specifically reflects their business model. No two sites will look alike!
As orders are places through multiple child sites, the inventory will be reduced in real time. Once an item reaches "0", you can activate a status of discontinued, or backordered. This will automatically put that item into that status on all of the child sites.
Now the order is ready to be processed. Your company will automatically receive a purchase order, with the reseller company info and the consumers drop ship info.
Once you change status to Processed, the solution will automatically generate a shipping and packing slip with the reseller’s information. Once the shipping department sends out the item via the carrier of choice, the tracking number will automatically be sent back thru your site to the mini site, generating an e-mail through the reseller's site, giving the consumer their tracking information on the reseller's behalf. Your reseller will be in charge of the marketing of their site, of adding complementary items and you will seamlessly manage your products through your website's back end manager!
